At The District North Hills, we know how much our residents’ pets mean to them. Many of us consider our pets to be integral members of our family. That’s why our community is pet-friendly. Please read our pet policy:

  • Pet Policy Type: Cats, Dogs
  • Pet Deposit
    • 1 Pet – $350
    • 2 Pets – $500
  • Max Number of Pets: 2
  • Pet Rent $25

All pet owners must register their pet on petscreening.com at the time their application is completed. Weight and breed restrictions do apply.
